Since the coming of Salesians of Don Bosco, the youth in St. Stephen's Church Thope has written its history in golden letters. Under the able leadership of Fr C P Joseph sdb in 1975 the Bosco Youth was formed. Regular guidance and help of different priests who were in charge of them and the constant support of Salesian Sisters made the group vibrant and active. Since then youth has major roles to play in the functioning of the parish and its activities.

    1. To promote brotherhood and integral growth of the youth of the neighborhood.
    2. To promote appreciation for moral and religious values
    3. To discern the mission and goal for their life
    4. Create an ambience of forming leaders who will promote fellowship and social transformation.
